How to Use the Sorting Manager

Once ambassadors apply for your campaign, they’ll show up in the Sorting Manager. You’ll be able to review the ambassadors’ stats - reach, engagement, pay rate, and more. You’ll also see their past Instagram posts, so you can determine if they are right for your brand. You’ll have the option to “Approve,” “Reject,” or put them in “Backup.” Backup just means you can always go back to them and review later if you’re not sure. It’s important to note that you will not see the Sorting Manager section until your campaign goes live.

Select your Campaign. In this article, we will use Vibe Headphones as our example.

Under campaigns on the left hand side of your page, click on the name of your campaign (i.e. Vibe Headphones). A menu of options will appear.

Budget Estimate

Your budget estimate for your campaign is located on the top right under the campaign process bar. The percentage shows the amount of ambassadors who have been put into the approved bucket. The black line is where your budget has been missed (payment reached line). The pay scale goes up based on the pay rate of the ambassadors.

Ambassador Pay Rates

Ambassador pay rates are represented by dollar signs with cost per post ranging $ - $$$.

$$$ indicates an ambassador on the high end of the pay rate scale. The most an ambassador can be paid for a campaign is $55 and the lowest is $8. The dollar sign can be found on the top right of the ambassador’s profile.

Approving Ambassadors

Approving ambassadors is a fun and simple way to choose the perfect people for your campaign. Each profile shows you follower count, posts, engagement and pay rate. This information is useful when measuring against your marketing goals for the campaign.

Approve: you do want this ambassador in your campaign.

Reject: you do not want this ambassador in your campaign.

Backup: helps you create a shortlist and puts that ambassador on hold.

It’s important to note that you do not have to reject ambassadors in backup. However, you do need to approve the ones you want in backup for them to be able to join the campaign.

Once an ambassador is approved, they are emailed instructions to the campaign.
